Hi guys. I am currently using RMS in 13 store branches and a head office location. We have numerous "hangings" of HQ client every day in alot of the stores. The application usually freezes when using the "Check Stores" function. To correct the issue, it takes a manual restart of the HQ Client app and sometimes manual disconnection of the VPN connection.
I have heard rumors that HQ client was going to be removed from RMS V3 but cannot find any documentation on the subject.
Does any one have an idea of where I could find such info?
