I have a an HQ database that that through the HQ Manager I am unable to go into Maintenance Mode or Configuration no matter what user I log in as even administrator. All the current data seems to be intact and no errors are generated. If I create a blank database, Maintenance Mode and Configuration work so it does not seem to be a program issue but a BD issue. Any suggestions? I have already done a backup and restore no luck.
