Has anyone else here converted a Quicksell database into RMS?
We switched over from QS to RMS recently. And now, when I run a Year-to-Date Sales Report.. I've noticed that the sales numbers only reflect sales data since we installed RMS. In other words, none of the old quicksell data is in the reports.
Now.. if I run a detailed sales report on a date before we switched over to RMS, the data is correct; so the QS data IS there, but apparently isn't calculated into the report when we do Year-To-Date reports.
