When trying to connect to HQ- I keep getting this error message-

Message contains Invalid Store ID/Connection

It wont allow me to connect to syncronize a store (or send other worksheets). Any idea on what causes this and how it can be fixed? This is the 2nd time this has happened. Thanks! Andrea

I have seen this error when you have your HQ database setup in the HQ Client under the 'Database' tab. This should be your store database.

"Invalid Store ID"....

Make sure your store IDs at HQ corresspond to store ID at each location. The number set at HQ must match the number set in your Store operation manager.
