HQ Connection Error Message

I am starting V.1.3 and I now have My SO correctly connecting to HQ remotely. However, when processing worksheets, I receive the following error messages.



Inventory Update: Items: "An error occurred while attempting to Update Inventory Structure." "Not completed due to errors encountered during processing."



Inventory Update: Dept's and Categories: "An error occurred while attempting to Update Inventory Structure." "Not completed due to errors encountered during processing."



Any advice on correcting this would be appreciated, thanks.

Steve,

I would start by backing up, re-indexing and running a DB check on both SO and HQ.

HQ/SO Admin | File | Connect | put your password in | Database | Backup | Database | Check | Database | Re-index
