I'm working with my reseller to upgrade Quicksell to RMS. I'm using the demo to see what kind of issues need to be addressed before doing the final set up. One issue I found was that after the database is imported, our Matrix items do not show the matrix value in the description or anywhere in the item information for that matter. The only way I could figure out what the matrix value was was to compare the UPCs in the parent item (which does show the matrix value) with the UPCs in each of the individual items in the matrix. My reseller said this is a known issue with importing QS2000 into RMS and that you need to edit (repair) Matrix Item descriptions. Any suggestions on how to handle this issue?
