Ingenico etouch 1000 "Signature Capture"

hey everyone, We are using ingenico etouch 1000 for doing our credit card transaction. we have TPI software Mercury Payment system also. Can somebody please tell me how i can use this as signature capture device if i want to capture customer signature if they take produst on store account. thank you.

Is it working for credit cards?

Is the require signature box checked in the Store Account tender type?

hey jeff, yes it is working for credit card. and the recquired box is checked in Store Account Tender type but still when i try to tender transaction it does not give me show anything on the pad asking for customer signature.

If you are using the TPI RMS Add-in you should be abel to process credit cards and collect signatures. Need to make sure you tell the TPI Windows Service that you are using the device for signatures and need to configure the RMS Admin that you want to prompt for signatures. If you are using Mercury - please contact their support they should be able to help you.
