Does anyone know any other POS systems that are tightly integrated with a financial system. I am ready to give up on Microsoft. They talk a great talk, but seem to not deliver. I am in a huge need of my systems being tightly integrated to save me time and double entry. Please tell me something is out there, because I can't wait anymore.
Depends on budget. Look at ICode/Everest
Terrific product but was out of price for my client.

Good luck, Mark, with the QB and POS, seriously. The Everest SW is tightly integrated. Probably overbudget when the customer/user is not properly analyzed in terms of functional needs and budget including TCO (total cost of ownership). Proper Implementation is the critical factor as well. Mike, Mark, please send me a PM and I'll explain further if you wish. I've worked in the SW industry since before the PC was born. ERP in Distribution/Retail was called BICARSA back then, Billing, Inventory, Customer Accounts Recievable, Sales Analysis. It's tough, but "best practices" come through experience.
