Is there ANYONE in Tacoma Wa area

That actually understands RMS? The reseller that installed my system no longer supports it and the reseller Microsoft sent me to doesn't seem to be able to do much more than install it. There are probably other programs that go with this that could make our lives easier but I can't get any advice or notice of updates or anything. I paid 2 years of Microsoft support and used it twice and they did send me 1.3 which is where I am now. We had the system installed for a year before we even made a single sale using it. We have cash drawers but still use cash registers.

Not that this helps you in the short term, but I will be in Tacoma on vacation in August. I am not a reseller, but an end-user expert.
