I have HQ, SO 2.01
I found the journal is not upload. I ran worksheet, 401, 402. when i see the only see two receipts from my last batch. i don't see any receipt from current batch. i don't see any old batch journals either. HQ client shows no errors.
any idea where to find the problem.
That sounds like a configuration issue. You may want to check in HQ Manager
--> File --> Configuration. On the options tab there is a line that says "Upload sales journals to Headquarters". Make sure this checkbox is checked and then try running a worksheet 402. I hope this helps.
