Problems with Journal Viewer

When I press F4 for journal viewer in the POS (or go into the viewer in the SOM), NO reciepts show. I re-indexed the database, but that did not work. Any ideas?

Thanks! That worked.... don't know how that got turned off....

Now the question is... is there a way to print reciepts from the time when this option was not checked? Not only since we upgraded to RMS from QuickSell, but also the old QuickSell reciepts that have been imported in (I can see the batches, but when we click to examine a batch, no reciepts show up).
