I had a problem with one of my Cognitive AdvantageLX printers I would try to print 20 labels for example and it would print them but it would print one then skip and leave a few blank ones and then print a couple more and skip a few more and it does this until all are printed. Now it's doing the same thing to another one of the printers I have set up. Anyone have this problem and knows how to fix? Please Help!!

If it skips after the 14th label, try this;

Otherwise there was an update for a similar type printer in Service Pack 3. Check to see what version you are running SO Manager | Help | About and if its lower than 1.2.0185, download the service pack 3 from here;

Or
Install the 1.3 disk you should have received in the mail in Dec. 2005 if on the Maintenance Plan.
