We finally upgraded from QS2000 to RMS SO 2.0. Unfortunately we are having a difficult time getting the reports we want from the new Store Operations. I notice that the reports in QS2000 were *.DEF and *.RPT reports, but these do not seem to work when I copy them to the Crystal Reports folder. Does anyone know a way to transfer reports we'd become accustomed to?
I did find the Register Analysis report we depend on in the Crystal Reports under RegAnaly.def. Is there any place where I can download reports that were available in QS2000 that have been updated to work with RMS SO 2.0?
