We are a retail chain into Jewellery, precious watches etc. Would like to know if any one has tried RMS package for this type of business. Would be great if could compare notes.

There's a jewelry add on for RMS that you might want to take a look at. I've seen a demo, but I don't know the jewelry space enough to know how well it would fit your needs. The link is:
