Usually the Store Owner will pass the responsibilities of Store Management to the Store Manager. Thereby the Store Manager will be changing inventory items, inventory in hand quantities. So is there any reports that will show what the store manager has changed. Some sort of audit report on all tasks carried out by any user. regardlesss of the Operations Manager / or the POS

Please Advice

Thanks

Not all tables contains a reference to Cashier that updated the record...

InventoryTransferLog have a reference to cashier, but the value is not a

*constraint* for the system.. you can post a 0 value into the field.

When a cashier change a record (ex. balance of customer account through a sql statement) you have no traces of task..

But still i'm looking for a reporting possibility where , i want to see any changes to the records, even product name changes, price changes via the SO Manager or POS along with the cashier id.

Anyone any suggestions??

Two suggestions:

1) enable full recovery model on your sql-server, and through audit system you have all datas... 2) create a custom-trigger that store in custom-tables all informations that you want..
