I upgraded to RMS 2.0 in December and would like to use the integrated credit card processing in POS instead of PC Charge. My cc processor is Paymentech and the literature I received from Microsoft states Paymentech is a preferred card processor and has the ability to use Vital/VistaNet. However nobody I have talked to at Paymentech has been able to help me. I have had many conversations with customer support and my account manager but I have yet to get the information I need to set up the EDC screen. Does anyone out there now who I should contact to get this info? Thanks in advance for any input
