Integrated Card transaction but PIN Debit now times out and will not go thru. File is fine at Vital. Does port 5003 needs to change? Any suggestions?

Worked fine before Refresher update. now software doesn't connect outside of firewall? no connection with host. Sharing group is the same and present in EDC
software? firewall? no outages at pin debit network
