No multi-function devices work with RMS directly. To use the built in functions, you need to use separate devices - Verifone PINPad 1000 SE and HHP TT1500.
TPI Software and Mercury Payments have an Add-In that supports some multi-function devices - you may want to check them out. I haven't used either of these, so this is not a recommendation, but may be something to look into.
Did I see the installation file correctly? Is Mercury licensing out a version of TPI's software? Are these the same company or affiliates somehow?
Can I just download the Mercury setup files and tweak (aka hack) it to be the same as TPI's software?
