Pin Pad Not accesible

Hi! I have been running cc transactions fine in RMS and I am tryinga Verifone PinPad 100se and when I try a Debit tender it does not seem to find the pin pad. Suggestions? Thx, Manny

Please disregard. Figured it out, it is an OPOS device.
