When I accept the Debit Card tender type, the system on the pin pad asks the customer to verify the amount first, then pressing the green button, then enter the pin and press green again.
Is there away to elimite the first step of asking to verify the amount and go right to the pin?

At Office Depot last night they wanted the PIN first, then confirm, but I did the exact same steps at the doctor's office AND the supermarket this morning.
Guess I don't understand the problem?

No, its programmed in RMS somewhere that can't be changed.
