I receive this message when trying to open the program:
A problem ocurred while attempting to initialize the activatin code. The program will close.
I can open the Point of sale manager correctly.
Any help?

The POS Manager does not require to be activated to launch but Point of Sale POS does. This message indicates you have not activated Point of Sale POS. It will stop functioning after 20 days.
You need Internet access to activate automatically. If you don't have that, you need to activate with the phone number. It's a fairly straight forward process. Just follow the wizard.
