Dear i'm struggling to get the Pole display to work with the POS 2009. I have already installed the OPOS drivers as well as the supplier VFD drivers and from the supplier tet tool the Pole display works fine.
The device has been configured on COM1 and was detected on log on by POS
2009. Once you log on where it should display your custom message (set in the Line Preset Messages) it displays "Register Closed"
