Our client a large supermarke chain has been having problems with rms 1.2 running at their point of sale tills. On some tills they have been getting an error " SOPOUSR.exe has encountered an error an will shut down" THe application then promptly restarts and this has severely hindered their sales activity.Anyone with an idea of why this is happening?
