I have a cognitive label printer that I installed. The first time I tried to print lables from a purchase order it did so giving the proper quanities. Since then when I try and print it only will print a single label for each item instead of the quanity on the purchase order. Any suggestions?

Are you sure you are clicking the "Set Quantity" button? if you just add the items, they will default to 1 label each -you have to select one of the options (Qty Ordered or Quantity Received) then click Set Quantity to get the correct number of labels.
