I am new to RMS so bear with me. Whenever I try to update the quantity using the import utility and tell it to calculate then commit the on hand quantities don't change. What am I doing wrong. This seems pretty straight forward but I can't seem to get it to work. I am also getting an invalid count date before I do this. Any help would be appreciated.
the quantity does not change because you did not select - REPLACE EXISTING Counts also the invalid count date erroe is caused by a difference in time (time not syscronised between computers) on the Station you are using to update the inventory and the Server time!! I always update my inventory on the Server in order to avoid this message
