I keep getting this error anytime I try to run "Calculate" in Physical Inventory count. What am I doing wrong? I am new to MS RMS so please bear with me.

Invalid count date error.

What this means is that there are entries on your count sheet that have a date that is less than the date of the Physical Count itself. To fix this what you can do is open the count and right-click any where in the grid then choose Show/Hide Columns and put a check mark next the Count Date column and press OK. Change any of the entries that have a date less than the Date Opened field. Now try and Calculate the count.
