Yes, you can customize full page receipts. There are two ways to get what you want with receipts, First is using the options in POS>>Manager>>Settings>>Register Settings>>Receipt Formats>>

Select "Full Page Receipt Format" (eg. by double clicking) There you will see a set of options such as "Show Store Name/Address" "Show Customer Address" .. You can set any of the above options to False.

If the above does not serve your purpose, you can save your Receipt as an xml file, edit it as you want, and add it as a new receipt format. This involves too much information to list here. Will reply with specific details if needed.
