Quickbooks error in loading DLL

I am trying to connect to Quickbooks 2003 in configuration and get the following error. "Error in loading DLL". I have done this on other machines with no problem. I am using RMS 1.3R and Quickbooks 2007 Pro.

integration, only a .QIF file

machine. I am intending on upgrading hardware.
