Regarding Acquiring CustomerSource Login , is it true?

Hi guys,

Please give me an update about the fact of "Acquiring access to customersource?"

Regarding your customersource login, I'm sorry to say that no MRMS customers gets the CustomerSource login unless they sign up for Microsoft's FSP (Foundation Support Programme). To sign up for this Programme, you will have to pay 18% of your total License Value. Even after you signing up for this FSP, every incident raised to Microsoft, you will be charged for every incident, except for the first 5 incidents. To avoid this 18% normally all our customers log in their problem with their distributor and then the distributor escalates the issue to Microsoft and what ever reply we get from Microsoft we pass it on to our customers.

thanks

The primary benefit of Foundation Services is upgrade protection. CustomerSource is a secondary benefit.

Value is pretty subective. Personally, I am satisfied that I get my money's worth and will continue to purchase & renew Foundation Services.
