Rms 1.3 Problem with quickbooks

I Have been using RMS 1.3 for several years no problem. I have recently installed sql server express when my database got too big. My problem is when I start RMS Manager a install window comes up to install Quickbooks (It is already Installed and working). If I let it try to insall it gives an error 1935. This setup requires .NET Framework

Note Before you follow the instructions in this article, make sure that you have a complete backup copy of the database that you can restore if a problem occurs.

Download and then install the .NET Framework 2.0. The .NET Framework 2.0 is required to installing SQL Server 2005 Express. To download the .NET Framework 2.0, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
