I Have been using RMS 1.3 for several years no problem. I have recently installed sql server express when my database got too big. My problem is when I start RMS Manager a install window comes up to install Quickbooks (It is already Installed and working). If I let it try to insall it gives an error 1935. This setup requires .NET Framework
