We have just upgrade our POS from 1.3 to 2.0 without any issue. We are seeing on the site that SP1 for 2.0 is available. We are able to bring up the page that has all the instructions, but we aren't able to find a link to download the zip file that contains the service pack.

it looks like that is a POS service pack not a RMS service pack. at any rate, the page is pretty new, i'm sure they will fix it and add the link.
There are 2 hotfixes that have been released for RMS 2.0
I was just checking that out today. Apparently you have to call them to get the hotfix? Doesn't make sense to me. BTW, the number is 888-477-7877.

No charge ... according to Customer Source. I ran my 2.0 upgrade earlier tonight (No Problems so far!) and will be calling for the hotfix tomorrow. I need it for the 'Add Item' to PO fix, since we keep 'find' on all the time.

You've always had to call for hotfixes, either MS or your partner. MS will take your CC number like they are going to charge you but that's standard practice with them. You won't be charged for hotfixes so long as you have a maintenance plan.
