Please can any one explain this information about MS RMS : "Part of your purchase includes a support package that gives you access to Web- and phone-based technical support help from Microsoft and a free software upgrade for the first year of ownership" !!!! Does it means that I canot update or upgrade the RMS and I have to remove it and buy new one which is not out of date ???? thank u

Sherry. The annual maintenance fee is 18% of your RMS purchase price. By paying that you are entitled to all service packs and upgrades, access to support at reduced prices and access to customersource.
On customersource you can download custom receipt formats and custom reports.
