After sitting idle for about ten minutes the POS will lock up for about 10 seconds before anything can be done with it. Before unistalling RMS and all OPOS completely it would sit for several minutes locked up. The computer wasn't locked, just RMS. This is a 2 lane setup and either lane will lock at times. has anyone ran into this before?

I am also experiencing that issue, from what I remember it started right after I applied SP2.
I did contact MSFT RMS support but they just said they can't replicate the problem, and have no clue why we have the locked up issue.
Basically it will happen randomly, sometimes it will be fine. The computer will go into screen saver, when we try to bring it back it will take about
5-10 seconds for it to show the RMS POS screen. This "locked up" doesn't occure if RMS POS is not running.Now that I'm not the only one dealing with this issue for the past months, may be Microsoft will be able to fix it.
