RMS POS Find Customer won't remember search fields

I've never had this problem before. The Find Customer form won't remember the search fields from session to session. Within any given session it remembers from the previous search. Exit POS and they're gone the next time you log in.

HQ Manager has always been this way, but RMS POS has always remembered which fields were selected in the Find Customer window.

Suggestions?

check that u have full access to the RMS registry key
