Tender Issue

I having a problem with tendering out a transaction in version 1.3 refresh. When I go to tender out the tender screen opens with all of my correct tender options. I can select the tender of my choice, key in the pay amount or use the + key and this all works correctly but I cannot get past this screen. The OK button on the bottom is not grayed but clicking on it does absolutely nothing. Neither does the Enter key on the keyboard.

I have a second register connected to the same database and it works correctly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software completely but the issue remains. I have tried it under the administrator account and have same issue. Tried it against multiple database with different register numbers. Even against the sample database. I swapped out keyboards. Nothing seems to make a difference. Also, I have addressed the issue with non-sequential ID numbers for tender types and still the same problem remains. Does anybody have any ideas for me.

Thanks

did u try to delete the RMS registry key after u uninstall? i suggest that u uninstall, completely delete RMS registry key, re-install, open Manager from another machine and create a new register with a new number, then configure your register to use this new number

Here is the solution:

I went back and deleted the program again and this time I also deleted anything I could find in the registy, as recommended by Nashat, which referenced Retail Management System and then did a complete reinstall. I did not remove MSDE as I felt the issue was not with it. I then attached back to the existing RMS sample database as Register 1 and everything now works. Remember, always back up your registry before making changes if you attempt this solution.
