After I took the USELESS e-training from Microsoft for this program, I set up our system.
I made the SUB-DESCRIPTION 1 in Captions (item) say UPC Code and this is where we put ALL our UPC codes.
In the training, they said we could put all additional information we had about an item there. So, I did.
Now, in POS, when you scan the barcode, it doesn't recognize it and brings up the search window. We cannot search for every single product we try to scan!!!!
How can I port all the bar codes from the Sub description 1 field over to ALIASES where it should have been in the first place?
