i have one computer set up with rms. Since the day I have installed it I've been getting the error that states the usb donge is no longer present. After clicking yes to that screen the program would work and the eval mode icon would dissappear.
I have tried using it on different usb ports with no luck. Recently I downloaded the newest drivers for the Rainbow Superpro and now it doesnt work at all. The device does not even show up in the Device Manager. I used the Rianbow Medic software to see if there were issues but it doesn't detect anything even when the device shows up in the Device Manager.
Does anyone have any other solutions that may get this work? Are the original drivers on the RMS installation disk?
