Dongle Issues - Evaluantion Mode

Ok for some reason my machines have started saying there in Evaluation mode. The dongle is in I had no problem for the last 5 weeks now all of sudden the pos terminals say evaluation mode at top. I have a subscription for 3, but only use 2.

Anyhelp would be apreciated.

You probably lost connection to the dongle driver. Go through the steps in this support article to troubleshoot it.

If you are losing within hours, that is probably a network problem, not RMS.

CustomerSource is for those that pay for it. Why do you think that you should get it for free?
