Help! We just made a backup form one store to open another. The last store had a parallel dongle and the new store has a USB. We get an error that the dongle is missing. Any ideas. SHould it matter?

What version is your OS? did you try reinstall the driver?

Mike,
RMS is most likely referring to the "old" dongle that's missing. You should be fine, did you check help and about to see if it's in Demo mode?
