We want to add 2 new stores and had to get a new dongle for the updated license count.
My question is: Do I need to shut down the HQ server to install it, or can I just unplug the old one and plug in the new one with out effecting any of the current stores using the HQ server?

Hi Jeff,
Would it work for him to plug in the new dongle and then go to Start> Right Click on My Computer> Manage> Device Manager> Software Security Token> Right Click Rainbow USB Superpro> Update Driver.
I always bring our server down, but sometimes with our locations I use this option.
