Can some experienced users to share tips how to not print receipt on Cancel Transaction but print on No Sales? Do some options do that? or I need to customize the receipt format. Ctrl-F9 turning on / off the printer works, but we need to remember to do that.

All you need to do is X-out the receipt format set for Cancelled under the Receipt Format's properties.
