Can anyone tell me what ports RMS needs open in a firewall to work? Having issues where RMS is saying it can't connect to the internet to approve the CC. Has anyone had this problem before?

RMS itself does not use any ports. If you are on the database server you will need to have port 1433 open for SQL traffic though.
