Using RMS The Purchase Order got committed PO configuration - set to allow edit of PO Try to edit the PO - could Add an item no problem But I also need to Delete an item - gives me an error saying that quantity not equal to zero (I think)
Any help would be appreciated.

After you re-open PO in receiving by adding an item : You can enter a negative quantity in the Received column to cancel out the quantity in the Received to Date column, then commit again. Received to Date should now be zero.
