All my layaways and workorders are are having a $25 shipping charge automatically added after tendering on my RMS POS. Automatic shipping is not set. No carrier or service appear with the charge. I cannot find a setting for this behavior.

Jeff, I do not have a default shipping service set. I do not have default shipping on the customer. I do not have automatic shipping set in POS options. I do not have ShipRush.
While writing this I have found the problem and the solution with the help of Rick Kaye at MPI. The Shipping table had a record where TransactionNumber = 0 and OrderHistoryID = 0 and Charge = 25. My problem went away once I deleted this record.
