I would like to submit our payroll directly to our bank for ACH direct deposit. I've set up Custom Fields in Edit Employee:Additional Information for the employees' routing number and bank account number, but I can't figure out how to get them to be reported along with the net payroll check.
Can anyone help?

Before you can set up employees for direct deposit, you need to sign up for Do-It-Yourself Payroll with Direct Deposit or sign up for Assisted Payroll.
Can I sign up and then transmit the files to my bank instead of using QB?
I'd rather just be able to print a report...

No, direct deposit is a payroll service offered by Intuit. The direct deposit information is sent over the internet using QB to Intuit's servers and they handle the transmission to your bank. You can't transmit directly to your bank.
