I would like to back up my files from Quickbooks Pro 2006 on my home computer. I have made a back up CD but I cannot get it to copy into the accounts on my home computer. I would like to transfer transactions weekly.

Backup does not work that way. You back up the ENTIRE data file, it is not possible to do an incremental backup of QuickBooks data.
As !-! said, you can't do it. It sounds to me like you aren't wanting a backup but a synchronization. If you need to be able to work in QB from either machine at any given time then find a way to use network access. Then you can remotely access the file from your home computer.
