Error 1311 when updating

Greetings,

I'm running Quickbooks Pro 2005 for Windows via Virtual PC on my Mac G4. Runs XP just like on a pc. When launching Quickbooks it notifies me that it has an update to install so I give it the ok to do so. However, when it's nearly done I get a message stating an "Error 1311..." and something about it can't find the file and to locate it to be sure I can access it. What "it" is I don't know. It doesn't say. I tried having my original install disc in the drive at the time of running the update but it makes no diff. Anybody have a clue as to what I need to do?

I checked Intuit's support section on the website but found no reference to it except for one message in the forum which is where I got the idea to have the install disc in the drive.
