I just got Quickbooks, and cannot figure out how to enter a credit card number, and approval number into Quickbooks. I have a merchant account, and run the credit card numbers by hand with a Tranz terminal for phone in orders, and those that come in on the net via King Cart Services are submitted automatically and inserted into my quickbooks automatically.
But those that come in by phone, I can find no way to enter the information into Quickbooks. I am not wanting to sign up for another service, especially one that is overpriced like Quickbooks wants to communicate with, I already have Verisign for a gateway, but simply want to record the credit card number and result of the approval in with the phone and mail orders.
Anyone know how to do this?
