Hello, I've got a list of names and addresses that are each on one line in Microsoft Excel (Sample 1). I'd like to import them into Quickbooks but I get the following error "This field contains more text than is allowed". I've also noticed that Quickbooks will not format the addresses in the billing and shipping boxes (Sample 2). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone. Brian
