We have a retail store - I'm trying to merge items in my "Item list" and several of the give me an error stating : "This name is already in use and cannot be merged. Names with subnames cannot be merged"
What is a subname and how can I fix it? None of these items have any sort of sub field of any sort.
They were all sub to another category (and still are, since I can't get them to merge)
